Due to the nature of our offerings, once an order is confirmed, we do not accept returns or offer refunds. If your order arrives damaged, we will gladly arrange a replacement. Please notify us within 48 hours of delivery at posyaorganics@gmail.com. Once verified, we will initiate a replacement within 7–10 working days. For orders containing multiple items, only the affected product will be eligible for replacement.
